Role: Assistant Coordinator
Salary: £29,600-£31,157 (pro rata)
Contract: One year, renewable dependant on funding, 3-4 days per week

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job purpose: to work with the Co-ordinator, TJM members and partners to deliver TJM’s strategic priorities. The post-holder will take a leading role in shaping and delivering TJM’s events and public actions, and maintaining relationships with TJM members. The post-holder will work in close co-operation with the Co-ordinator, in particular to support communications and advocacy, but will have substantial day to day independence, requiring initiative and organisation.
Job scope: The post-holder will work with the Coordinator, and will have regular contact with the TJM Board. Staff from other TJM members are also important stakeholders and colleagues.
Accountability: Line managed by the Coordinator.
