This 1968 short, musical film has no dialogue but does feature bicycles, North London and the man of the moment, Engelbert Humperdinck
Thanks to Liberal England for spotting the theme tune which led to finding the film itself.

A beautiful time capsule. A cult film that captures a brief moment in time; quite magical. If you surrender to it, you’ll be whisked back to a place and time we’re told never existed.
Wonderfully evocative film bringing back memories of a more optimistic and, for most of my generation, happier time. Incidentally, although he had a huge hit with the song, Engelbert Humperdinck was not the singer on the soundtrack; it was Vince Hill.
I couldn’t have put it better myself Alan. If I remember correctly, this was supplemental to the main feature which was “The Twisted Nerve”, starring Hywel Bennett. Happy, happy days!
